• Proven record of at least 10 years experience working in a manufacturing industry.
• Must be hands on and practical in imparting special skills in maximizing efficiency, advanced bulk cutting to prevent loss.
• Skills in pattern making and grading.
• Should have leadership skills to be able to manage, supervise and tram seamstresses.
• Recent previous employment in garment manufacturing that has an output of 150 items a day is an advantage.
